Our Employee Assistance Services are easily accessible to anyone that reaches out for assistance. Additionally, HelpPeople is just as dedicated to providing reliable and professional consultation and coaching to individuals in leadership positions. With access to our experience and expertise, leaders can be more successful at maintaining a safe, healthy and productive work environment.
Crisis Response Management
We are ready to respond proactively to a crisis, bereavement or traumatic incident by providing individual and group employee support. Our response time is second to none and our clinicians are experienced in mitigating immediate and longer-term stress reactions that often accompany these incidents. HelpPeople also provides easy access to management consultation for response planning and 24/7 access to on-call clinical support.


Substance Abuse Professional Services
Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services: HelpPeople has been providing Substance Abuse Professional Services since 1994. Services that follow Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations include clinical evaluation, recommendations, case management and reporting to the designated employer representative. HelpPeople also offers consultation to employer representatives and training for supervisors on the signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug misuse.
