HelpPeople EAP offers assistance to employees and immediate family members for today’s problems. From face-to-face counseling and consulting sessions to telehealth options, customized referrals, supervisor and wellness training and 24-hour crisis support, HelpPeople is available to help you.

Making Employee Referrals

HelpPeople is a particularly valuable resource when your employees disclose that they are dealing with a personal or workplace problem or when they are facing job performance difficulties. Leaders can count on HelpPeople to assist them by meeting with employees who are having difficulties.  A HelpPeople clinician will assess their situation and provide the appropriate counseling and guidance to help resolve the problem. Direct conversation with a HelpPeople clinician on facilitating this effort is always welcome and often helpful in reducing the stress and uncertainty associated with addressing an employee’s declining job performance. Professional Consultations

HelpPeople provides professional consultations with leadership, managers and supervisors addressing challenging work situations, employee behavior and performance, enhancing the work environment, DOT compliance, and establishing practical steps for constructive resolution to various workplace challenges. Consultations are conducted onsite, via phone or teleconference.

Training & Education

Bereavement Support

Addressing the loss of a member of your work group or addressing any loss in the workplace in a prompt, thoughtful and compassionate manner is one of the most important things an employer can do for bereaved employees. The response is important to employees and they will always remember how their leaders handled loss. HelpPeople is dedicated to helping leaders demonstrate this support by being there to help all those who are in need.

Repeated efforts made to promote EAP services are helpful for enhancing the utilization of the services. HelpPeople offers a variety of options for internal promotion.
