The HelpPeople team cares about the well-being and health of all the organizations we serve. Our goal is to assist in the process of strengthening teams and fostering well-adjusted, productive employees.

Helping employees with personal and work-related problems promotes a healthy and safe environment. Additionally, HelpPeople provides leaders with the skills to resolve difficult situations in the workplace where valued employees can be retained; turnover and absenteeism reduced; and healthcare costs contained.

HelpPeople Clinical Manager

Beth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and a National Certified Counselor.  She has more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field and specifically in employee assistance programming.  As the administrator of Crouse HelpPeople, Beth oversees the overall operation of the service while managing the implementation and ongoing evaluation of comprehensive employee assistance programs, crisis response services and training to the local community and beyond.  In addition to providing direct professional counseling and training, Beth routinely provides consultation services to organizational leaders in need of assistance with complex employee performance challenges and wellness initiatives.
